Robin Ragsdale

Robin Ragsdale has a wealth of experience in customer success and management. In 2022, they began working as a Customer Success Manager at 12twenty. In 2020, they joined Radius Agent as Manager of Customer Success, where they created and adapted onboarding processes and trained and onboarded newly hired Agent Success Managers. Robin also served as a Customer Success Manager, providing portfolio support and managing external partnerships. In 2018, they started their own business, RMR Properties, where they managed potential sellers/buyers of investment properties and a virtual assistant. Additionally, they worked as a Guest Experience Specialist at Sonder Inc. in 2018. From 2013 to 2020, they worked at Verizon, where they held the roles of General Manager, Solutions Manager, and Solutions Specialist.

Robin Ragsdale received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from the University of Wyoming in 2013.
