Azania Andrews has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Azania began their career in 2000 as a John Gardner Fellow at Social Venture Partners. From 2001 to 2006, they worked at the Robin Hood Foundation as a Manager of Communications, Marketing, and Events. In 2007, they joined PepsiCo as a Summer Marketing Associate. In 2008, they worked as a Digital Strategist at Schematic and as a Global Brand Strategist at Young & Rubicam. From 2010 to 2013, they held the position of Vice President of Business Development at WPP Digital. Azania then joined Anheuser-Busch and held several roles, including Director of Digital Strategy North America, Sr. Director of Digital Connections, VP Marketing for Michelob Ultra, and finally, VP Connections. Currently, since May 2022, they hold the position of Chief Executive Officer at 1440 Foods.
Azania Andrews completed their AB in Urban Studies at Stanford University from 1996 to 2000. Azania later pursued their MBA in General Management at Harvard Business School from 2006 to 2008.
