Jessica Lorello

Jessica Lorello, PHR, serves as the Chief People Officer at 1440 and is the host of the Mom Means Business Podcast. With extensive experience in human resources, Jessica has held various roles including Team Lead for Employers Advantage Edge, HR Business Partner, and HR Operations Manager at Employers Advantage LLC. Additionally, Jessica was the Director of People Operations at Zammitti & Gidaly Orthodontics and a Catering Manager at Reid's Cafe and Catering. Academically, Jessica holds a Master of Arts in College Student Development from Appalachian State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from North Carolina State University.
