Nancy Prendergast has over 20 years of experience in Public Relations, Content Strategy and Client ESG Programs. Nancy began their career in 1998 as a Marketing Manager (Consultant) for the Financial Times, where they helped to launch FT.com in the UK and expand the pioneering online news site into the US. In 1999, they were recruited from the Financial Times by Gnash Communications, where they were tasked with helping build the multi-million pound business into one of London's pre-eminent agencies for the emerging digital era. As Managing Director, they managed a team of more than 20 talented young consultants and headed up key accounts.

In 2002, Prendergast founded and managed boutique London B2B agency Tannissan Mae Communications, where they developed award-winning brand strategies and media and internal relations programmes for blue chip brands. Nancy then moved on to 14bis Supply Tracking in 2019, where they served as Communications Lead. In 2021, they joined Gong Communications as Interim Director of Client ESG Programs. Prior to this, Prendergast was a Director-level Public Relations consultant for Taima Communications from 2014 to 2021, creating and managing Public Relations and Content Strategy for UK and US clients across Not-for-Profit, Digital Technology and Fintech.

Nancy Prendergast completed a Master's Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Emerson College between 1994 and 1995.
