Stephanie O'Brien

Stephanie O'Brien is an experienced leader in ministry and education, currently serving as the Lead Pastor at Mill City Church since August 2008. O'Brien also holds positions as a Board Member and Adjunct Professor at Bethel University since September 2017, an Executive Board Member at Converge Worldwide, and an author for 1517 Media, with published works addressing faith and decision-making. In addition, O'Brien is the Executive Producer at Lead Stories Media and operates Crafted Coaching and Consulting, offering leadership coaching services. Previous roles include Program Director and Adjunct Professor at Bethel Seminary-St. Paul and Associate Director of the Antioch Way program at Bethel University. O'Brien holds a Master of Divinity degree from Bethel Seminary-St. Paul and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bethel University.
