Heather C.

Heather C. has over 17 years of work experience. Heather began their career in 2004 as a Human Resources Coordinator at Burrows Cabinets. In 2007, they moved to Easterseals as an Accountant/Business Office Manager, where they oversaw all business office operations and supervised 8 admins. In 2010, Heather took on the role of Director of Finance at the Native Plant Society of Texas. Heather then moved to Leaders in Leather in 2016 as their Director of Finance. In 2018, Heather became a Senior Accountant Netsuite at GelPro. Since 2011, Heather has also been a Self-Employed Consultant Quickbooks Accountant, where they provide 1099 Consultant services for small businesses, including setting up Quickbooks, COA, Bank and Loan accounts, AP, AR, Inventory, JE's, Training for in-house staff, and preparation for taxes with company-chosen CPA. Most recently, in 2021, Heather became the Director of Finance and Accounting at 1791 Gunleather.

Heather C. completed their high school diploma at Xavier College Preparatory between 1986 and 1991, taking advanced AP courses. Heather then attended Arizona State University from 1991 to 1993, studying Accounting and Business/Management. Heather C. then went on to earn their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Finance from Texas McCombs School of Business between 1993 and 1996. In addition to their educational background, Heather C. is also a Notary Public, certified by the State of Texas in December 2014, and has obtained certifications in Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel 2003 Expert, Netsuite Implementation - Finance, QuickBooks Certified User, and SAP - HRMS Certified.
