Charles Weeden's work experience began in 1990 as a Founder of Document Technologies (dTech), where they developed software for the SEC EDGAR system. Charles then sold the company to Wolters Kluwer in 2001. In 1997, Weeden worked as a Venture Investor at Intralinks until 2006. In 2001, they became the Managing Partner of 17a-4, LLC, an e-messaging compliance and software development company. Charles also served as the Managing Director of AML Share, LLC from 2003 to 2005. In 2010, Weeden became a Partner at LawDeskTop, a hosted SharePoint platform that provides escrow and archival services. Charles'srole there continued until December 2019. Additionally, Weeden has been a Managing Partner at Inclusive Ventures LLC since 1990.
Charles Weeden attended Choate Rosemary Hall from 1968 to 1969. Charles then went on to study at the University of California, Berkeley from 1970 to 1974, although the specific degree and field of study are not provided. Finally, from 1979 to 1982, they attended Fordham University School of Law and obtained a LLD degree.
