The 17th Judicial District Attorney’s Office is committed to seeking and pursuing justice on behalf of victims of crime through the fair and ethical prosecution of those who commit offenses in our community. With a focus on education, treatment, and a reduction in recidivism, the District Attorney’s Office will also work vigorously to reform the criminal justice system to better serve those who live and work in Adams and Broomfield Counties in Colorado.

The Prosecution Team at the 17th Judicial District Attorney's Office is responsible for investigating, preparing, and presenting criminal cases in court to ensure justice on behalf of crime victims. Comprised of District Attorneys and Deputy District Attorneys, including specialists in child victim cases, the team works collaboratively to prosecute offenders, promote the fair application of the law, and contribute to the reform of the criminal justice system in Adams and Broomfield Counties.
