Stacey Warber is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in baking and pastry arts. Currently serving as the Assistant Retail Sales Manager at 17th Street Surf Shop since June 2005, Stacey has also held various pastry-related positions, including Pastry Chef at La Brioche (August 2021 - May 2023) and Pastry Queen at The Pink Dinghy (June 2020 - August 2021). Additional roles include Head Baker at Spoon Dessert Cafe, Pastry Chef at Hummingbird Macarons & Dessert and The Bakehouse at Chelsea, and Baker at Gateaux Bakery.
