Aline Toretto

Aline Toretto has over 10 years of professional experience in the Human Resources and Recruitment industries. Aline is currently the Head of People & Culture at 180° Insurance, a role they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they were the HR Manager at OYO, where they were responsible for the strategy and execution of culture, internal marketing and communication, engagement, people analytics and diversity & inclusion. Aline was also an HR Business Partner at Itaú Unibanco from 2017 to 2019, and a Senior Human Resources Analyst at eduK from 2016 to 2017. From 2012 to 2016, they were a Recruitment Consultant at Page Personnel - Brazil, where they developed expertise in recruiting for several position levels in three different industries. Aline also held internships at Gerdau S.A. and Advanced Corretora de Câmbio Ltda in 2012 and 2010, respectively.

Aline Toretto obtained a Certificate in Management - Contemporary American Business Practices Program from Baruch College in 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a Minor in International Business from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie between 2010 and 2013.
