Ashley Reed has had a diverse work experience in various companies. In 2006, they worked as a Sales Representative at Cintas. From 2008 to 2011, they were an Account Manager & Senior Recruiter at HCTec, where they consistently exceeded goals and consulted with clients on organizational design and talent needs. At Vantiv, from 2011 to 2017, Ashley held multiple roles including Leader, Talent Management and Leader, Talent Acquisition. Ashley focused on enhancing the employee experience and launched projects to improve employee engagement and retention. Ashley also created a college recruiting strategy and a leadership program for the Finance & Accounting group.
