Omotayo Aweda has extensive experience in managing and supporting technology and community initiatives. Currently serving as Service Level Manager at 1901 Group since August 2019, Omotayo is responsible for creating process documentation and analyzing SLA metrics. Previously held roles include Senior Desktop Support Technician, where account management and orientation presentations were key responsibilities. Other experiences encompass positions such as Development Associate at Vicky's Kitchen, Network Support Technician at Computer World Services Corp., and various internships and support roles that highlight expertise in customer service, content creation, and community engagement. Omotayo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from The George Washington University.
