Victoria Cama Osadchy

Victoria Cama Osadchy has held a variety of roles in the past decade. From 2013-2014, they were a Sales Agent at La Red De Servicios. From 2014-2015, they were an Accountant Analyst at Posadas, Posadas & Vecino, and an Assistant Accountant at ML Logistics Uruguay SRL. From 2015-2021, they held the role of Back Office at Copernico Capital Partners S.A. and currently holds the position of Head of People at 1950Labs. In their current role, they are responsible for leading, defining, coordinating, prioritizing, and actively participating in the team's hiring processes to achieve the planned objectives. Victoria also oversees the hiring process and implements agile methodology in the team to organize tasks and achieve greater efficiency. Additionally, they maintain updated candidate tracking software and internal spreadsheets with the team, ensures the corporate culture by aligning people with its values and goals, and participates in strategies focused on the process of attracting IT LATAM candidates.

Victoria Cama Osadchy has a diverse educational background. In 2013, they graduated from FCEA - Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y de Administración with a degree in Contador Público. From 2018 to 2020, they earned an Analista en Gestión Humana y Relaciones Laborales degree from the same institution. Currently, they are enrolled in the Universidad Católica del Uruguay 'Dámaso Antonio Larranaga’ and is expected to graduate in 2021 with a Licenciatura en Gestión Humana y Relaciones Laborales.
