Cecilia Cesa is currently working as a Research Intern at 1Cademy and as a Campus Tour Guide for ND Alumni Association & ND Undergraduate Admissions at the University of Notre Dame. Cecilia also holds the role of Undergraduate Researcher at the Smith Lab within the University of Notre Dame - College of Science. Cecilia's academic pursuits are at the University of Notre Dame, where Cecilia is expected to graduate in 2025. In a recent project, Cecilia led a student group investigating the role of gene enah in dorsal root ganglia axonal entry into zebrafish spinal cord.
