Donnie Hamlett

Donnie Hamlett has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Donnie is currently working as a Principal Solutions Engineer at 1E since 2022. Before that, from 2021 to 2022, they served as the Director of Technical Sales at Keyavi Data. Donnie also worked at ServiceNow from 2016 to 2021 as a Sr. Curriculum Developer, where they developed technical training and certification for ServiceNow Cloud Management. Prior to that, they held various positions such as the Sr. VP of Business Solutions at Recruit4Cloud, the Technical Product Marketing Manager and Microsoft Technology Specialist at iQuate, and the co-Founder and VP of Sales and Marketing at CloudStream Networks. Donnie has also worked at Cisco Systems as a Customer Relationship Manager and at Microsoft in various roles, including the East Region Infrastructure Architect and Product Technology Specialist. Donnie started their career as a Technical Specialist at Solomon Smith Barney in 1998.

Donnie Hamlett attended Prairie View A&M University from 1987 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE). Donnie also holds additional certifications including ITIL v3 Foundations from ITIL Certified and Microsoft Certified Trainer and MCSE from Microsoft.
