Jillian Dow is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. In February 2023, Jillian joined 1E as a Procurement Manager. Prior to this role, Jillian spent over 14 years at Kaplan Financial in the same capacity. Beginning in 1986, Jillian worked at Acxiom for over two decades, holding the titles of Procurement Manager and Specialist.
