Marie Palmer is the current Chief Customer Officer at 1E. Prior to this, they held the positions of Senior Manager, Customer Success EMEA & APJ at VMware Carbon Black from April 2016 to March 2022, Head of Customer Success at CrispThinking from October 2015 to April 2016, and Customer Success Director at Autotask Corporation from March 2013 to September 2015.

Marie has extensive experience in developing and delivering strategies to ensure customer satisfaction across the entire customer journey. Marie is also responsible for owning retention and growth targets and developing a team to support customer engagement and profitable relationships. In their previous roles, they have utilised latest technologies and techniques to track and forecast retention and customer satisfaction, reported on product usage, and developed tailored programs to further embed product. Marie is also experienced in proactively engaging with customers to review support requirements in line with what is required to make them successful, ensuring that every customer service transaction is successful.

In their role as Customer Success Director at Autotask Corporation, Marie was also responsible for building and managing a successful Success team and developing a true success culture within the organisation. Marie’s experience in customer success spans across multiple industries, making their an valuable asset to 1E.
