Gurpreet Singh

Gurpreet Singh has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Gurpreet currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Tata 1mg since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Wingify, where they served as the Group Manager and Head of Talent Management & HR Operations from October 2021 to November 2022. Before that, at Wingify, they held the role of Senior Manager and Lead of Talent Management & HR Projects from April 2020 to September 2021.

Gurpreet also gained experience at Concentrix, where they worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager from April 2019 to April 2020. Prior to that, they were the Manager of HR in Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia from August 2017 to April 2019 and also served as the Manager of HR Strategic Projects from April 2016 to July 2017.

Before joining Concentrix, Gurpreet started their career as a Project Intern at IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd) in September 2015, where they focused on streamlining the recruitment and selection process. Gurpreet also had a Summer Internship at Lenovo in April 2015.

Lastly, Gurpreet gained additional experience as a Project Intern at POWERGRID in November 2014, where they conducted an impact analysis of a training program. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior System Engineer at Infosys from October 2013 to July 2014 and as a System Engineer from August 2011 to October 2013.

Gurpreet Singh received a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in EECE from Panjab University in 2011. In 2014, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, which they completed in 2016. Gurpreet also obtained additional certifications in HR for Startups and Information Security and Privacy Management Implementation.
