Ina Bajwa

Ina Bajwa's work experience includes roles at various companies. In 2004, they started as a Deputy Manager of Human Resources at Essar, where they worked until 2007. Ina then joined HSBC as an Associate Vice President of OD and Change and DEI from 2007 to 2010. Following that, they served as Vice President of Talent Management & Strategic Resourcing from 2010 to 2011 and as Vice President of HR - Transaction Banking Group & Private Bank from 2011 to 2012 at HSBC. In 2013, they worked as the Lead - HR Business Partner at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) for a brief period. In the same year, they joined Tata Communications as the Director & Global Head HR - Products, Digital, Technology & Corporate functions until 2019. During their tenure at Tata Communications, they held various positions such as Sr. Director & Global Head of Learning, Organisation & Leadership Development from 2019 to 2022, Sr. Director & Global Head HR for Sales, L&D, and Future of Work from 2021 to 2022, and Vice President of Human Resources from 2022 to 2023. Additionally, they worked as a Client Product Council Member at Degreed from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Ina Bajwa holds the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Tata 1mg since 2023.

Ina Bajwa's education history includes completing the Tata Group Strategic Leadership Program at Harvard Business School in 2022. Ina also attended the Indian School of Business in 2015 for the Executive Program on Linking HR to Business Strategy. Prior to that, they obtained a PGDM degree in Human Resources from K J Somaiya Institute of Management.
