Ashish Grover

Ashish Grover is an experienced technology manager currently serving as the Manager of Web at 1Password since March 2021. Previously, Ashish was the Software Development Manager at Upstream Works Software from February 2016 to March 2021, leading a 26-member cross-functional team and spearheading the introduction of automation testing to improve QA coverage to 70%. Prior roles include Senior Software Developer and Senior Lead Developer within the same organization, as well as positions as Programmer Analyst at Callisto Integration and Quality Assurance Analyst at Alpha Laboratories. Ashish began a career in quality control as a Quality Control Engineering Intern at Magna Closures. Ashish earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from McMaster University in 2008.
