Gina Magnuson

Gina Magnuson has a diverse and extensive work experience. Gina is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at 1Solar since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Finance at 1Solar since September 2018, where they played a vital role in strategic financial planning and implementation of internal controls. Gina also held the role of Member Board of Directors at 1Solar from January 2016.

Before joining 1Solar, Gina worked as a Controller at POC, a premier protective sports equipment and apparel business, from January 2016 to September 2018. Gina successfully managed financial operations and ensured stability during an ownership change.

Gina's previous experience includes running their own financial consulting firm as an Independent Consultant from December 2012 to June 2014. Gina specialized in forensic accounting for businesses in bankruptcy and recapitalized businesses.

Prior to that, Gina worked as a Senior Accountant at Specialized Bicycle Components from September 2006 to June 2012. Gina also served as a Position Reconciliation Specialist at LPL Financial from April 2005 to September 2006 and as a Trade Reconciliation Analyst at U.S. Bank from March 2003 to March 2005.

Throughout their career, Gina has demonstrated expertise in financial management, accounting, strategic planning, and implementation of cost-saving measures.

Gina Magnuson pursued their education at various institutions. In 1997, they enrolled at The University of Kansas, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Architecture in 2002. Seeking further knowledge, Gina attended the UC San Diego Extension Program from 2007 to 2008, focusing on Sustainable Business Practices. Additionally, in October 2020, they obtained a certification called PowerMBA from ThePowerMBA institution.
