Stuart Hylton

Stuart Hylton has a diverse work experience spanning over twenty years. Stuart started their career in 2001 at SThree Group, a global recruitment firm, where they worked their way up from a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to Senior Recruitment Manager. During their time at SThree, Stuart gained expertise in various sectors, including Network Engineering, Telecoms, Application Support, Development, and Infrastructure.

In 2010, Stuart joined CACI Ltd as the Head of Recruitment, where they were responsible for direct search and selection of IT Engineering professionals. Stuart spent five years in this role before moving on to FactSet in 2016. At FactSet, Stuart held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition EMEA/APAC - Vice President, overseeing recruitment operations across 26 countries and supporting clients in the investment management and banking industries.

Stuart's next career move was to Meta in 2022, where they served as the International Recruiting Manager. In this role, they contributed to the growth and development of Meta Platforms, which provides popular social media and community products like Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

In 2023, Stuart briefly joined AlixPartners as the Head of Talent Acquisition. While there, they worked within the Chief Digital Office (CDO) and focused on embedding advanced digital products to help the company tackle complex challenges.

Currently, Stuart holds the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at 1st Formations, part of the BSQ Group. This is the country's largest company formations and leading e-commerce Corporate Services Group, offering professional services such as company incorporation, address services, telephony support, and more.

With their extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, Stuart Hylton has developed a deep understanding of various industries and has made significant contributions to the growth and success of the companies they have worked for.

Stuart Hylton attended Brunel University London and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in an unspecified field of study.
