Courtney Scholl

Courtney Scholl is an accomplished Talent Recruitment and Management Specialist with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at 1st National Bank since December 2023, Courtney specializes in recruiting and acquisition, utilizing innovative tools and effective strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent. Prior to this role, Courtney was a Recruiting Manager and Account Manager at Staffmark from July 2006 to October 2023, where a commitment to making a difference in people's lives was exemplified. Additionally, as an On Site Supervisor during peak seasons in 2007-2008, Courtney managed a workforce of 1,038 employees within large-scale distribution and manufacturing facilities. Education includes studies at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and graduation from Centerville High School.
