Katie Hahn

Managing Director Customer Experience at 1st Place Spiritwear

Katie Hahn has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Katie started their career in 2009 as an Advisor at Ashtabula County Continued Education Support Services (ACCESS), where they collaborated with guidance counselors and high school staff to provide students and families with financial aid, scholarship, and college information. Katie also implemented and advised the ACCESS Student Ambassador Program and taught classroom lessons on college preparation and financial literacy.

In 2011, Katie transitioned to the role of Social Studies Teacher at the Denver Jewish Day School, where they taught for five years until 2016.

In 2016, Katie joined 1st Day School Supplies as a Customer Experience Manager. In this role, they worked closely with logistics and distribution to ensure smooth delivery of custom school supply kits to schools nationwide. Katie also managed acquisition, implementation, and on-going management of school partners.

In 2019, Katie was promoted to the position of Director of Customer Experience at 1st Day School Supplies, and in 2023, they became the Managing Director of Customer Experience.

In 2020, Katie took on a new challenge as the Managing Director of Customer Experience at 1st Place Spiritwear. Here, they led a team in providing schools with unique and high-quality on-demand spiritwear, while also offering schools the opportunity to easily opt-in as a fundraiser.

Throughout their career, Katie has consistently demonstrated their dedication to providing excellent customer service, managing partnerships, and delivering high-quality products.

Katie Hahn earned a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Kent State University in 2009.
