John Hill

John Hill has extensive experience in the banking industry. John started their career at U.S. Bank in 1994, where they worked as a Financial Officer and Personal Banking Officer until 1998. John then joined Sterling Savings Bank, where they held various positions, including Vice President and NW WA Territory Executive from 2006 to 2014. John also served as the Vice President and Ballard Branch Manager from 1998 to 2006. From 2014 to 2021, John worked at Umpqua Bank, where they held several senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President, Regional Director of Small Business Banking, Senior Vice President, Regional Director of Business Banking, and Vice President, Lake Washington Metro Area Manager. Currently, they are working at 1st Security Bank of Washington as the SVP, Director of Community & Business Banking, where they focus on supporting and growing the bank's Business Banking division.

John Hill attended Pacific Coast Banking School from 2006 to 2008, where they pursued a graduate degree in Bank Finance.
