Shane Pippenger

Shane Pippenger has over 27 years of experience in the banking industry, starting as a Data Processing Coordinator at First Federal Savings Bank (1994-2000). Shane then transitioned to 1st Source Bank, where they held various roles, including Programmer/Analyst III (2000-2007), IT Lead Analyst (2007-2010), Project Manager (2010-2013), Manager of Server eProducts (2013-2017), Head of Technology Services Group (2017-2020), and currently serves as Vice President and Head of IT Operations at 1st Source Bank (2020-present).

Shane Pippenger obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Indiana University South Bend in 1998. In 2017, they obtained the HDI Support Center Manager (SCM) certification from HDI. Later, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Capella University in 2020.
