Brian Felloney has over 22 years of work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Senior Warfare Analyst for 2 Circle Consulting, Inc. and as an F-35C Contract Instructor Pilot for Lockheed Martin. In 2020, they worked as an F-35C Contract Instructor Pilot for Delaware Resource Group, and in 2019 they worked as an F-35C Contract Instructor Pilot for BAE Systems. In 2014, they worked as a Joint Operations Center Team Chief for the United States Department of Defense. From 1999 to 2014, they worked for the US Navy in various roles, including US Navy, Commanding Officer, VFA-2, Executive Officer, VFA-2, Prospective Executive Officer, VFA-2, Director of Operations, Aviation Safety Officer, Pilot Training, VFA-211, Director of Aircrew Training, VFA-2, TOPGUN Instructor Pilot, TOPGUN Director of Training, Air-to-Air Weapons and Training Officer / NATOPS Officer, VFA-102, and Student Naval Aviator.

Brian Felloney has an extensive education background. Brian obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in National Security Policy Studies from the U.S. Naval War College from 2013 to 2014. Brian also earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography from UC Santa Barbara from 1995 to 1999. In addition, they have completed specialized training from the U.S. Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN) as a Strike Fighter Tactics Instructor and from the Naval School of Aviation Safety as an Aviation Safety Officer / Crew Resource Management Facilitator. Brian also holds certifications from the Federal Aviation Administration (ATP: AMEL, Commercial Privlileges, ASEL) and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator) as well as a Medical - First Class certification from the Federal Aviation Administration.
