Hans Palaoro has been working in the defense industry since 2006. Hans began their career in the United States Air Force, where they held various positions such as Chief of the HQ USAF Electronic Warfare Division, Vice Commander of the 55th Wing, Chief of the Air Force Mission in Colombia, and Deputy Group Commander of the 55th Electronic Combat Group. Hans also attended the Industrial College of the Armed Forces (ICAF) - The Eisenhower School. In 2017, they joined 2 Circle Consulting, Inc. as a SETA for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency/Strategic Technology Office.
Hans Palaoro has an extensive education history. Hans began their studies at the United States Air Force Academy, where they earned a B.S. in Human Factors Engineering, Organizational Behavior (dual Major), and Spanish (Minor) from 1985 to 1989. Hans then attended the U.S. Air Force Weapons School in 1995 to complete the Weapons Instructor Course. Following this, they earned an M.S. in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 1997 to 1999. Hans then attended Air University to obtain an M.S. in Military Operational Art and Science, specializing in Information Operations and Plans and Programming from 2003 to 2004. Lastly, they obtained an M.S. in National Security and Resourcing Strategy from the National Defense University, specializing in Information and Communications Technology, Information Operations, and Latin America from 2009 to 2010.
