Stephen Fern

Stephen Fern has a diverse and extensive work experience. Stephen began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Audit Manager, where they managed audit engagements for large companies and improved client recoverability. Stephen also performed due diligence and identified accounting errors. Stephen then worked as a Director at LC Corporate Strategies, where they developed and implemented turnaround and recovery plans for companies, securing numerous jobs and achieving significant cost savings. Stephen then joined AAA NCNU Insurance Exchange as an Enterprise Risk Manager, where they managed financial operations and implemented an Enterprise Risk Management process. Stephen developed cost benefit analysis for investment projects and successfully obtained funding for a new policy administration system and a new facility. Following this, they worked as a Senior Manager Financial Decisions & Analysis at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they developed financial models and provided insightful financial and management information for strategic planning and key operational analysis. Stephen analyzed profitability for a FTSE 250 company and supported the acquisition of a professional services firm. Stephen then held the role of Finance Director at Country Court Care, where they managed financial operations. Stephen later joined Nelsons Solicitors Limited as a Partner & Finance Director, and most recently, they are serving as the Finance Director and Managing Director at 200 Degrees Coffee Roasters.

Stephen Fern received their Bachelors of Arts degree in Accounting & Management Control from Sheffield Hallam University, where they studied from 1997 to 2000.
