Ligia Segarra

Ligia Segarra is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at 20/20 Plumbing & Heating, Inc. since August 2019, Ligia has previously held positions including Senior HR Manager of Human Capital and Human Resources Manager. Prior to this, Ligia was the Human Resources Manager at Boudreau Pipeline, where responsibilities included performance management, conflict resolution, and the implementation of HRIS and Benefits platforms. Ligia's career also includes HR roles at Stronghold Engineering, Inc. and California Baptist University, where expertise in employee relations, recruitment, and orientation was developed.
