Most recently, the firm launched six US-domiciled digital asset ETFs including ARKB, one of the largest spot Bitcoin products in the industry. 

About the Role

21Shares is eager to hire a passionate and innovative Content Manager to join our dynamic marketing & communications team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our content strategy and execution, which will play a pivotal role in educating and inspiring our audience through diverse and impactful content. You will be instrumental in shaping 21Shares’ voice and narrative, driving brand awareness, supporting the growing business of 21Shares, and establishing us as the default solution in the digital asset space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop long and short-term content strategy for the US that supports messaging across the sales, research, and marketing teams
  • Manage copywriters to ensure high throughput and quality
  • Partner cross-functionally, including marketing, research, and sales, to execute a buyer’s journey-based content plan with the goal of onboarding customers deeper into the 21Shares pipeline
  • Research competitors to find content gaps and keyword gaps that your company hasn’t yet covered
  • Audit the existing content on the company’s website for brand voice, relevance, and optimization
  • Assist in overseeing and managing the content calendar ensuring planned projects are delivered on time
  • Monitor the performance of the content through online tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console
  • Assist with special projects and broader business initiatives as needed

Qualifications: 

  • 3-5 years of relevant industry experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of developing and directing influential global branding and communication plans
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to understand the building blocks of strong content and an ability to apply those principles across multiple mediums
  • A self-starter with the ability to prioritize work within a complex and fast-paced environment
  • Interest and experience in crypto, as well as ETPs and, traditional finance
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and navigate/coordinate with 
  • various groups within the organization

(NYC only) Pursuant to Section 8-102 of title 8 of the New York City administrative code, the base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000. Total compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
