Carl Henrik Hagerup

Carl Henrik Hagerup has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Carl Henrik is currently the Managing Director and Head of Netherlands and Nordics at 21.co. Prior to that, they worked at State Street Global Advisors as SPDR ETF Nordics. Carl Henrik also held positions at Intercontinental Exchange as Head of Nordics, LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) as Nordic Sales, Bloomberg LP as Nordic Sales, NorgesInvestor in Equity Derivatives and Structured Products, and PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Associate. Carl Henrik began their career in the Norwegian Armed Forces as a Second Lieutenant.

Carl Henrik Hagerup passed the CFA Level 1 exam in 2015 through the CFA Institute. In 2009, they completed their MSc in Finance at Lancaster University. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in International Finance from the University of Hertfordshire in 2008. In 2002, they attended the Norwegian Officer School, where they specialized in Infantry.
