Neil Russo has extensive work experience in the field of brand and creative direction. Neil is currently working as the Director of Brand and Creative at 21.co since October 2022. Prior to this, Neil worked as an Executive Creative and Content Director for their own freelance design and consulting services from October 2021 to October 2022. Before that, Neil held the position of Global B2B Creative Director at TikTok from July 2021 to October 2021. Neil also worked at IBM as a Content Director and Creative Lead from March 2020 to July 2021, where they managed a team and executed various marketing projects. Neil has also served as a Creative Director and Creative/Content Director at different companies such as Walmart eCommerce, Manifest LLC, MXM (Meredith Xcelerated Marketing), M-Theory, Vizeum / Pernod Ricard, and Sotheby's Auction House. Neil has demonstrated their skills in leading teams, creating content, overseeing budgets, and managing client relationships throughout their career.
Neil Russo attended Purchase College, SUNY from 1996 to 2000, where they completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design.
