Director Of Business Development at 23andMe

Debbie Alexander currently serves as the Director of Business Development at 23andMe, a position held since January 2017. Previously, from June 2009 to December 2016, Debbie worked at the University of California, San Francisco as the Assistant Director of Licensing, managing a substantial portfolio of over 350 faculty inventions and negotiating more than 100 licenses in various technical fields. Earlier experience includes serving as a Scientific Curator at the Carnegie Institution for Science, where Debbie curated Arabidopsis research papers and addressed user inquiries.
