Guidione MacHava

Guidione Machava is an experienced product designer and manager, currently serving as Lead Product Designer at 23point5 since May 2023. Previously, Guidione held the position of Senior Product Designer for Blockchain at Shopify from May 2022 to June 2023, and prior roles included Product Manager and Product Designer at Lepsta Inc from June 2017 to March 2022. Guidione also worked as a Product Manager (Consultant) at The World Bank from January 2016 to May 2017 and as a Product Manager at UX Information Technologies Lda from June 2014 to May 2017. Academically, Guidione pursued an Honours in Visual Communication with a focus on Human Computer Interaction at Open Window (2019-2021) and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of St. Thomas of Mozambique (2012-2015).
