Abhay Kant Singh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business intelligence and analytics. Currently serving as Manager of Business Intelligence and previously as Associate Principal Analytics Consultant at [24]7.ai since May 2018, Abhay has played a pivotal role in generating insights for various business units and enhancing operational performance. Prior experience includes project lead responsibilities at Quantiphi, Inc. and significant contributions to Mu Sigma Inc. as an Apprentice Leader and later as a Senior Business Analyst, where Abhay led a team managing analytics delivery for a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company. Abhay's analytical expertise extends to developing methodologies for clinical trials and sales performance tracking, further demonstrated by the creation of a forecasting tool for patient participation.
