Monti Becker Kelly is Senior Vice President of Customer Engagement and Strategic Accounts, and is responsible for driving growth of the company’s integrated AI technology and outsourcing business. She brings an extensive record of success in the outsourcing market and has been at the forefront of some of the industry’s most significant events over the last 20 years. Prior to joining [24], she led a large division at Sitel, overseeing Strategic Account Management and Business Development and across the largest verticals, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance and Healthcare. She and her teams also had responsibility for various Retail, Travel & Hospitality and Technology clients. During her five years at Sitel, she was recognized for breakout growth and industry-changing transformation initiatives through the creation of superior go-to-market sales strategies, establishing a strategic selling framework, and opening new greenfield sites in APAC and LATAM to accommodate global growth.

Prior to Sitel, she held numerous leadership positions with top global outsourcing, and was responsible for managing complex outsourcing and digital initiatives for Fortune 500 companies across multiple vertical markets and geographies. She began her career in the Human Capital Management business, where she led pursuit teams responsible for some of the largest outsourcing deals in the industry at the time. She is focused on bringing diversity and inclusion to the forefront of business conversations, has led multiple initiatives to support women in leadership, and serves on the Board of Directors for Women Executives for Community Service in Charlotte, North Carolina. She is passionate about mentoring women to further their education and goals to rise as leaders in business and other fields.
