Paolo Bono

Paolo Bono currently serves as the Head of Talent & Format at 247Production.it, overseeing project management and talent development since January 2023. Previously, Paolo held the position of Creative Strategy Manager at CIMICIURRI from January 2020 to December 2022, where responsibilities included managing creative media strategies for youth across digital, social, and events. Prior experience includes roles as Account Specialist at ZooCom, where Paolo handled project management for social media campaigns, and as a Junior Account at Moby, focusing on social media content creation. Earlier experiences include internships at the Ufficio Stampa Comune di Forlì and the European Parliament, where Paolo engaged in press releases and media relations. Paolo earned a Laurea Magistrale in Mass Media e Politica from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna between 2012 and 2016.
