Stephanie Medina has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Stephanie began their career in 2005 as a Sales Representative at Arrow Thompson Metals, where they achieved a high success rate in winning bid proposals. In 2008, they moved to Samuel, Son & Co., Limited as a Sales Representative and was recognized as the top sales producer in 2009.

In 2010, Stephanie joined 24 Hour Home Care as a Senior Account Manager, managing a large number of clients and caregivers. Stephanie played a crucial role in the company's growth and was honored with the General Manager of the Year award in 2012. Stephanie then took on the role of Regional Director of Operations, expanding the company from one to thirteen locations by 2016.

In 2017, Stephanie pioneered the establishment of the Disability Services division at 24 Hour Home Care and achieved significant annual growth. Stephanie later became the Vice President of Disability Services, leading the division to become the company's largest. Stephanie then served as the President of Disability Services, serving over 11,000 families annually and leading the company's expansion across California.

Stephanie's career also includes involvement in leadership organizations. Stephanie was a founding member of Chief, a private network for senior women leaders, and a member of CPOHQ at Knoetic | CPOHQ, a platform for Chief People Officers.
