Stephanie began their career in 2005 as a Sales Representative at Arrow Thompson Metals, where they achieved a high success rate in winning bid proposals. In 2008, they moved to Samuel, Son & Co., Limited as a Sales Representative and was recognized as the top sales producer in 2009.
In 2010, Stephanie joined 24 Hour Home Care as a Senior Account Manager, managing a large number of clients and caregivers. Stephanie then took on the role of Regional Director of Operations, expanding the company from one to thirteen locations by 2016.

Stephanie later became the Vice President of Disability Services, leading the division to become the company's largest. Stephanie then served as the President of Disability Services, serving over 11,000 families annually and leading the company's expansion across California.
