Yazmin Hamilton

Yazmin Hamilton, J.D., has a diverse work experience. Yazmin currently holds the position of Vice President of Compliance at 24 Hour Home Care. Prior to this, they worked at Burlington Stores, Inc., starting as a California HR Compliance Manager and progressing to roles such as National HR Compliance Manager, National HR Compliance & Associate Relations Manager, and Senior Associate Relations Manager. In these positions, they excelled in managing associate relations, providing investigative support, and serving as a liaison between leadership and employees. Before their time at Burlington Stores, Inc., Yazmin worked as an HR Manager at Ross Stores, Inc., where they oversaw various HR functions in a retail distribution center. At Esri, they held the role of HR & Global Mobility Manager, specializing in managing foreign national employee cases, developing and managing expatriate policies, and maintaining international employment contracts.

Yazmin Hamilton, J.D. obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, Chicano Studies, and Spanish from Pomona College, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Yazmin went on to pursue their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Immigration & Employment Law at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, from 2002 to 2006.
