Drew Celestino has a variety of experience in the recruitment field. They began their career as a Sourcing Specialist at Worldwide Empowerment, where they conducted interviews and filtered candidates for specific accounts or campaigns. They also utilized various channels to source potential applicants. From 2018 to 2019, Drew worked as an Offshore Recruiter at 24-7 Intouch, assisting recruiters with the rehire process and collaborating with the team to meet goals. At Korn Ferry from 2021 to 2023, they served as a Recruitment Specialist, utilizing job boards, social media, and networking events to find candidates, and conducting initial interviews and assessments. Drew then worked as a Lead Recruiter III at 24-Hour HR Process Outsourcing, Inc. from 2021 to the present. In this role, they delivered offshore-based recruitment services to US clients and handled tasks such as sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates. They also used Boolean Search for candidate sourcing. Currently, Drew is employed as a Technical Recruiter at HEPCO, Inc. since 2023.
