Øystein Lorentzen Vesth

Øystein Lorentzen Vesth has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Øystein Lorentzen started their career in 2010 as a Customer Service representative at Down Town Bowling AS and later worked as an Assistant to the Regional Manager. In 2017, they worked as an IT Consultant at Proventus AS.

In 2018, Øystein joined EVRY as a Full Stack Developer and later transitioned to the role of Senior Developer. Øystein Lorentzen played a key role in projects for clients like Entelios, Telenor, Hydro, and Yara DLC. Øystein Lorentzen utilized technologies such as Azure DevOps, ARM, CosmosDb, Azure Functions, Azure Event Hubs, .NET Core/C#, MS SQL, Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes, Flux, and GitLab.

In 2020, Øystein joined 24SevenOffice Norge as a Software Developer and later became the Team Lead. Øystein Lorentzen led a team of 5-6 members and successfully delivered projects involving distributed systems, microservices, testing, and AWS technologies. Øystein Lorentzen also worked on designing and implementing a new Product module and revamping the CI/CD system.

In 2022, Øystein joined Nomono as a Senior Cloud Engineer. Øystein Lorentzen was responsible for designing and implementing cloud native distributed systems using AWS EKS, Dapr, RabbitMQ, AWS Lambda, Postgres, and Python. Øystein Lorentzen also maintained and improved the company's AWS infrastructure using AWS CDK and optimized the cost and speed of the Machine Learning pipeline.

In 2023, Øystein will be joining 24SevenOffice Norge as a Lead Cloud Architect.

Øystein Lorentzen Vesth completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Industrial Automation from the University of South-Eastern Norway. Øystein Lorentzen attended the university from 2014 to 2017. In addition to their degree, Øystein has obtained several certifications from Microsoft. In October 2018, they received the MCP certification in Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3. In July 2019, they achieved the Microsoft Certified Azure Developer Associate qualification. Most recently, in March 2020, Øystein obtained the Microsoft Certified Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certification.
