Adhika Widyarsa

Adhika Widyarsa began their work experience in 2019 as a Staff of Passion and Talent Department at Himpunan Mahasiswa Teknik Industri UNS. From 2018 to 2020, they served as a Laboratory Assistant at the Laboratory of Industrial System Design and Optimization - UNS, where they were responsible for administering design practicums and exploring data analysis and optimization of industrial systems.

In 2020, Adhika took on the role of Head of Marketing at Apsara Coffee, where they successfully executed online and offline marketing campaigns, resulting in a significant increase in organic Instagram engagements. Adhika also managed the company's social media presence and maintained close relationships with regular customers.

During 2022, Adhika gained further experience at Hangry as a Business Expansion Intern, where they analyzed possible locations for marketing campaigns, coordinated offline marketing campaigns, and managed Google Business Profiles.

In the same year, they also worked as an International Business Associate at Glints, focusing on international business operations.

Adhika's work experience in 2022 also includes being a Mentee of Digistar Class at Telkom Indonesia and completing an internship at Bright Network in the UK, where they gained exposure to business operations and marketing.

In 2023, Adhika joined Brick - Financial API and 24TTL as a Sales Development Representative, demonstrating their expertise in sales and business development.

Adhika Widyarsa holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitas Sebelas Maret. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including the Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, Intro into Product Management and Intro to Sales in Tech from RevoU, and The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage. They have also completed the APAC Investment Banking Virtual Reality Intern Experience with Citi. Adhika Widyarsa has planned to take the TOEFL ITP examination in February 2023, and possesses an EF SET English Certificate (C2 Proficient), though the specific details of when and where it was obtained are not provided.
