Chad Croasdale

Chad Croasdale has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Chad began their career in 1997 as a Physical Therapist at NovaCare Rehabilitation, where they built relationships with medical professionals and provided outpatient rehabilitation services. Chad later became a Clinic Manager, responsible for driving patient referrals and managing a team while also continuing to work as a Physical Therapist.

In 2000, Chad joined Stryker's Endoscopy Division as a Sales Representative, and over the years, they progressed to become a Regional Sales Manager. Chad successfully grew the Philadelphia Market and contributed to the division's growth. Chad then transitioned to a role as Director of Marketing for a new Business Unit, where they built a marketing team and achieved financial targets for the unit.

In 2006, Chad became the General Manager of Stryker GI, a start-up division formed through an acquisition. Chad directed the division's strategic areas and led various departments, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR.

In 2009, Chad joined Stryker as a Vice President, General Manager, overseeing Sales, Marketing, R&D, HR, and other key functions within an organization of approximately 700 people. Chad was responsible for the assignment of a talented leadership team and achieving financial commitments.

Most recently, in 2018, Chad assumed the roles of President and Chief Commercial Officer at 270Surgical, an innovative Israeli-based company. Chad played a crucial role in branding, product development, commercialization strategy, and fundraising, setting up the business for commercial success.

Chad Croasdale holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. Chad also obtained a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from Widener University. Additionally, they have pursued continuing education by completing a certificate program in Stryker's Advanced Leadership Academy at Harvard Business School. Furthermore, they have received executive education certificates in Managing Dispersed Teams from the Texas McCombs School of Business and in Finance for the Non-Financial Manager from SMU Cox School of Business.
