Melanie Hodgman

Melanie Hodgman serves as the People & Culture Manager at 2A Consulting, a position held since April 2018, focusing on fostering a thriving organizational culture. Previously, Melanie worked as Operations Manager at 2A Consulting, where responsibilities included benefits management, employee lifecycle oversight, and leading culture initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at REI as Outdoor Programs Supervisor, where managerial duties encompassed recruitment, scheduling, and program development for outdoor education, and Guide Manager at Alpine Ascents International, managing over 60 guides globally. Earlier positions include Lead Field Instructor/Course Director at Outward Bound USA, Program Director at True North Treks, and various educational roles. Melanie holds a B.A. in Psychology from Colorado College and an M.Ed. in Elementary Education from Plymouth State University.
