Zainab Negrash has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Zainab worked as an HR Specialist at 2P Perfect Presentation from January 2015 to February 2016. At this company, they later became an HR Manager where they were responsible for the annual performance review process, controlling the budget, calculating employee wages and deductions, and maintaining payroll-related information from February 2016 to February 2019. From March 2019 onwards, Zainab worked as an Operation Manager at the same company, where they focused on researching, implementing, and administering company benefit plans, maintaining personnel policies, and ensuring regulatory compliance. In January 2020, they were promoted to the role of VP Shared Services, overseeing the HR operations and budgets in multiple sites throughout KSA. Before joining 2P Perfect Presentation, Zainab worked as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant at Alpha in 2014. Prior to that, they served as a Business Manager at Dixa Real Estate Development from 2010 to 2013.

Zainab Negrash holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Cambridge. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration from Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In addition, Zainab also obtained a Diploma in Human Resources from Al Faisal Academy, which they completed in 2014.
