Adam Rago

Adam Rago has a diverse work experience in the field of business development and research. Adam is currently working as the Director of Business Development at 2seventy bio since November 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Associate Director, Business Development at bluebird bio from 2019 to 2021. Adam also worked at Takeda as Business Development and Alliance Management for GI Drug Discovery from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, Adam has experience as an Entrepreneurial Fellow and Consultant at Flagship Ventures from 2016 to 2017. Adam started their career as a Research and Development Scientist at Arsenal Medical in 2008 and worked there until 2015. Adam also served as an Undergraduate and Graduate Research Fellow at Brown University from 2006 to 2008.

Adam Rago holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Harvard Business School. Prior to this, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Biomedical Engineering from Brown University. Adam also completed their undergraduate education at Brown University, where they received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biomedical Engineering.
