Brian Kilpatrick

Brian Kilpatrick has extensive experience in vivarium operations, with their most recent position being Associate Director of Vivarium Operations at 2seventy bio since November 2021. Prior to that, they held the same role at bluebird bio from April 2020 to November 2021. Brian also has experience in site administration and business resources, having worked as an Associate Director at Pfizer from December 2011 to April 2020. Before joining Pfizer, Brian worked as a Research Supervisor at Genzyme from November 2009 to December 2011. Brian began their career as an Animal Care Supervisor at Tufts University from April 2006 to October 2009.

Brian Kilpatrick earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from the University of Rhode Island, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Aquaculture from the same university, completing their studies from 2000 to 2002.
