Brittany Biciocchi

Brittany Biciocchi has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources and People + Culture. Brittany is currently working at 2seventy bio as the Associate Director, People + Culture since January 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Manager, People + Culture at the same company from November 2021 to June 2023. Before joining 2seventy bio, Brittany worked at bluebird bio where they served as a Manager, HR Programs & Culture from January 2017 to April 2022, as well as an HR Generalist from January 2015 to April 2022. Brittany started their career at Hill Holliday as an Assistant Media Buyer from November 2011 to February 2013. Brittany also gained experience at MTV Networks as a Commercial Operations Specialist from January 2010 to October 2011. Earlier in their career, they interned at MTV Networks in roles such as E-Commerce Intern in 2008 and Commercial Operations Intern in 2007.

Brittany Biciocchi attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Psychology. In 2008, they also spent a brief period at Lorenzo de' Medici for the study of Communication.
