Anthony Attan

Anthony Attan serves as the Sr. Director of Global Learning & Development at 2U since September 2018, previously holding the Director of Leadership Development role at the same company. Prior to 2U, Anthony worked at Inovalon, where responsibilities included leading a team to deliver comprehensive learning solutions, managing the learning and development budget, and driving organizational impact through innovative leadership initiatives. Anthony has also been an independent consultant with Focus Leadership, LLC, providing coaching and facilitating leadership development globally, while contributing to significant research in the coaching field. Anthony holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology from Capella University and a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Detroit Mercy.
